Returns
Our return policy allows for a period of 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, within one week. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you return the items, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong size, we are pleased to offer an exchange. However, we only accept exchanges for apparel items if they are defective or damaged.
